José Cusco, M.D.
Internal Medicine
Dr. José Cusco is board certified in internal medicine. He holds a medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed a residency at Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Cusco has more than 30 years of health care experience, including in long-term care and hospital settings.
Kendria Holt-Rogers, M.D.
Internal Medicine
Dr. Kendria Holt-Rogers is board certified in internal medicine and has more than 15 years of experience in primary care. Dr. Holt-Rogers earned a medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and completed a residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Joe Rooks, Jr., ANP-C
Adult Medicine
Joe Rooks is a board-certified nurse practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in geriatric health care. He holds a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Central Arkansas and master’s degree in health care systems management from Loyola University New Orleans.
