Lacee Cavalier is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of health care experience. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from Nicholls State University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Louisiana College.
Cheryl Fitch, FNP

Cheryl Fitch is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of health care experience. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from Nicholls State University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from William Carey University. Cheryl is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Yvette Deslatte, M.D.
Family Medicine
Dr. Yvette Deslatte is board certified in family medicine and holds a Doctor of Medicine from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She completed a residency in family medicine at the Earl K. Long Medical Center in Baton Rouge. Dr. Deslatte has more than 20 years of health care experience.
